When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type
• Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed
• Analytics Data: We use PostHog (EU-hosted) for product analytics — see Analytics below

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you complete checkout, Stripe may set cookies on stripe.com. Map preview and geocoding use third-party APIs (Mapbox, Google) that may process your IP address and search queries.

Analytics (PostHog, cookieless)

We use PostHog hosted in the European Union (eu.posthog.com) to understand how our product is used and to fix errors.

Cookieless mode: PostHog is configured not to store analytics identifiers in your browser cookies or local storage. Anonymous usage is measured using a privacy-preserving hash calculated on PostHog's servers.

What we collect via analytics:

• Page views and navigation paths
• Product events (e.g. location searches, poster generation, downloads)
• Device and browser metadata
• Error and performance data

Logged-in users: When you are signed in, we also send server-side analytics events linked to your account ID to operate and improve the service (e.g. generation jobs, downloads, payments). This processing is separate from browser cookies.

Your choices: You can enable Do Not Track in your browser; we respect this where supported. To request deletion of analytics data associated with your account, contact us at hello@bildzimmer.com.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
